Comments:Yes! As a yacht owner in Ipsw9ch Haven Marina with a 20m high mast, I fear we will have to move out and birth somewhere else as we will be severely restricted with access. Is the bridge going to be open at high water? Have you spent time in the lock to observe how long it all takes to keep boat movements going?
